The Missile Defense Agency held a change-of-charter ceremony June 10 for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense Project Office. Outgoing THAAD Project Manager Col. Anthony Douglas, who arrived at MDA in 2021, relinquished responsibility to Col. John Holcombe.
