ICE, law enforcement partners arrest 13 illegal criminal alien offenders during Huntsville enforcement operation The team of officers and agents apprehended 13 illegal aliens in the Huntsville area March 25. Additionally, eight of the offenders had been previously removed from the United States and have federal convictions for illegal reentry after removal. Big Ol' Ballpark Fair Back at Toyota Field from April 25 to May 5 Trash Pandas home games will take place during first four days of the fair. Fans with tickets to a Trash Pandas game on those nights will also receive free admission to the fair on that same day. However, guests at the Fair do not automatically have admission into the baseball games. Trash Pandas tickets can be purchased at the Wicks Family Foundation Box Office. The first weekend schedule is as follows: Thursday, April 25: Trash Pandas vs. Smokies – Gates open at 5 PM for Happy Hour, first pitch at 6:35 PM; Big Ol’ Ballpark Fair open from 4 PM to 10 PM Reference: www.milb.com

Citizens sharing concerns over busloads of migrants HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - There is a video on social media that shows a busload of chicken plant workers being dropped off at the Athens Walmart. The video has lots of people asking lots of questions. “We just want answers of where are they coming from,” said Athens resident Amanda Schulte. “How are they getting here? Who’s setting them up? And when is it going to stop?” WAFF 48 checked with the company at the center of all these questions, Pilgrim’s Pride. Officials said the buses are carrying workers from Athens and Albertville to their plant in Russellville. “Recently, a new refugee program has incentivized immigrants to move to our communities,” Kitchens’ statement said.
