Huntsville Madison County Veterans Memorial Park The Huntsville/Madison County Veterans Memorial is a beautiful space dedicated to ALL veterans. It is sacred ground where all are brothers and sisters equally. All that come here honor our vets simply by being present and noting the sacrifice of many and the patriotism of all. I see it as the official entry to the downtown area. At first glance, you see the free parking directly in front of the Memorial, but don't be fooled, as it is a meandering trail that carries you deeper into a treed spaces of history. He said the postal service even mishandled a time-sensitive document his lawyer sent. “I had a piece of mail come from my lawyer. Citizens sharing concerns over busloads of migrants HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - There is a video on social media that shows a busload of chicken plant workers being dropped off at the Athens Walmart. The video has lots of people asking lots of questions. “We just want answers of where are they coming from,” said Athens resident Amanda Schulte. “How are they getting here? Who’s setting them up? And when is it going to stop?” WAFF 48 checked with the company at the center of all these questions, Pilgrim’s Pride. Officials said the buses are carrying workers from Athens and Albertville to their plant in Russellville. “Recently, a new refugee program has incentivized immigrants to move to our communities,” Kitchens’ statement said.
